Kings Africa Jet is an air charter broker and therefore it does not itself own,operate or maintain aircrafts. Kings Africa Jet arranges carriage by air by chartering aircraft from the Operators, acting as agent, in the name and on behalf of the Client.

Kings Africa Jet is not a Direct air carrier thus absolving itself from any liability for incidents such as injury, damage, or delays caused by operators’ actions or oversights. The air services showcased on its platform shall be provided by duly licensed direct air carriers or foreign air carriers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

When booking air charter services through Kings Africa Jet Users must attest to their legal eligibility to engage in binding agreements. Any requests made must be genuine and free from speculation, falsehoods, or fraudulent activity, with users prohibited from making requests or agreements under fictitious identities or using fraudulent information.
